Reel Riches Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 1, 2026

Reel Riches is an entertainment-only social casino game. Virtual chips have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, transferred, or exchanged for real-world prizes.

Information used by the app

You may play as a guest. If you choose an account provider, Reel Riches may use the name, email address, and account identifier supplied by Apple or Google. The app also stores gameplay progress, virtual-chip balance, reward history, and verified App Store purchase transaction identifiers. Reel Riches does not receive your payment-card information.

How information is used

Information is used only for app functionality: authenticating your account, restoring account-scoped progress, maintaining virtual-chip and reward records, verifying purchases, and responding to support requests. Reel Riches does not sell personal information and does not use this information for cross-app tracking.

Storage and service providers

Guest progress is stored on your device. Signed-in progress may be mirrored through Apple's iCloud key-value service when available. Apple, Google, and the App Store process information under their own privacy policies when you use their sign-in or purchase services.

Retention and deletion

Progress remains until you delete it, remove the app's stored data, or use the account deletion control in Settings. You can sign out without deleting the current local gameplay state. Deleting player data removes the active local and iCloud account snapshot controlled by the app.

Children and age rating

Reel Riches is not directed to children. The App Store age rating reflects frequent simulated gambling. There is no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win money or transferable prizes.

Changes

This policy may be updated when features or service providers change. The effective date above will be revised when that happens.
